1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website operated by Problem Solved Consulting, LLC (“PSC,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) at problemsolvedconsulting.pro (the “Site”), you (“you,” “your,” or “Visitor”) agree to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of
the Site.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site. They do not govern any consulting engagement
between PSC and a client, which is governed by a separately executed written agreement.
2. About PSC
Problem Solved Consulting, LLC is a Texas limited liability company providing integrated facilities
management consulting services to healthcare, hospitality, industrial, education, and institutional
clients. PSC’s principal office is located at 5315 Dunleith Lane, Spring, Texas 77379, United States.
The Site exists to describe PSC’s services, communicate with prospective clients, and provide
professional information about the firm. The Site is not a transactional platform and does not facilitate
the purchase of consulting services or any other goods or services online.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site:
• In any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio, video, software,
and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of PSC or its content suppliers and is
protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Problem Solved Consulting name, the PSC logo, and all related names, logos, service marks, and
slogans are trademarks of PSC. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of
PSC.
You may view, download, and print content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial
reference, provided that you do not modify the content and that you retain all copyright and other
proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission,
republication, display, or performance of the content on the Site, is strictly prohibited without the prior
written consent of PSC.
PSC’s professional doctrine publications — including but not limited to the Outcome-Defined Enterprise
Integration manuscript, the PSC Service-Line Doctrine Series, and all associated frameworks,
terminology, and methodologies — are the intellectual property of PSC and its principal, and are
protected by copyright. Engagement with these works through the Site does not transfer any rights in
them.
5. Professional Information; No Advice
The Site provides general professional information about PSC’s services and areas of expertise.
Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute consulting,
engineering, legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other professional advice.
No consulting engagement or other professional relationship is created between PSC and any Visitor by
virtue of the Visitor’s use of the Site, submission of a contact form, or other communication initiated
through the Site. A consulting engagement with PSC is established only upon the execution of a written
engagement agreement signed by an authorized representative of PSC.
You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any information on the Site without seeking
appropriate professional counsel.
6. Contact Form Submissions
The Site may include a contact form through which Visitors can submit inquiries to PSC. By submitting an
inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to
provide it. Submission of an inquiry does not obligate PSC to respond, to accept any prospective
engagement, or to enter into any business relationship. PSC reserves the right to decline any inquiry at
its sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
PSC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PSC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other
harmful components. PSC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any
content on the Site.
Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PSC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH
YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF PSC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.
PSC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL
NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions,
PSC’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PSC, its members, officers, employees, agents, and
contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your
violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of any third party.
11. Modifications to the Site and Terms
PSC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time
without notice. PSC also reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these
Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site
after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United
States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these
Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris
County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to
the minimum extent necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the original
intent of the provision.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PSC
concerning your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether
electronic, oral, or written.
