Privacy Policy
1. Our Commitment to Privacy
Problem Solved Consulting, LLC (“PSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to our
website at problemsolvedconsulting.pro (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we
collect from you, how we use it, and the limited circumstances under which we may share it.
PSC does not share visitor contact information with any external party for any reason without specific
prior permission from the visitor. This commitment is foundational to how PSC handles the information
you provide.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to
information collected by PSC in the course of a consulting engagement, which is governed by the
engagement agreement and any applicable confidentiality provisions.
2. Information We Collect
PSC collects two categories of information through the Site.
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, you provide information such as
your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to include it), and the content of your inquiry.
You provide this information voluntarily. If you do not wish to provide it, please contact PSC by phone or
email rather than by using the contact form.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is automatically
collected by standard web technologies. This may include your IP address, browser type and version,
operating system, the pages you visit on the Site, the date and time of your visit, the referring website
or source that brought you to the Site, and similar technical information. This information is collected
primarily through website analytics services described in Section 4 below.
PSC does not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information through the Site, such as Social
Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or government-issued identification
numbers. Please do not submit such information through the contact form or any other means on the
Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
PSC uses the information collected through the Site for the following purposes:
• To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form
• To communicate with you about PSC’s services if you have expressed interest
• To maintain records of communications consistent with professional business practice
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• To analyze how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and structure
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• To comply with legal obligations
PSC does not use the information collected through the Site for marketing automation, behavioral
advertising, profile-building, or any purpose unrelated to operating PSC’s consulting practice and the
Site that serves it.
4. Cookies and Website Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser and to collect information
about how you use the Site. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device.
The Site may use website analytics services, such as Google Analytics or a comparable service, to
understand how visitors interact with the Site. These services collect information about your visit on
PSC’s behalf, including the technical information described in Section 2. The information collected by
analytics services is used in aggregated form to help PSC improve the Site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies,
delete existing cookies, or be notified when a website attempts to set a cookie. Refusing cookies may
affect the functionality of certain features of the Site, but the Site’s core informational content will
remain accessible.
If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out
Browser Add-on, available from Google.
5. How We Share Your Information
PSC does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information. PSC does not share your contact
information with any external party for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
PSC may share information you provide through the Site only in the following limited circumstances:
• With your explicit prior permission. If PSC believes a referral, introduction, or other
communication involving your information would serve your interests, PSC will request and
obtain your specific permission before sharing your information for that purpose.
• Service providers acting on PSC’s behalf. PSC may use service providers — such as the firm that
hosts the Site, the firm that provides email services, or website analytics services as described in
Section 4 — that have access to information only to perform tasks on PSC’s behalf and are
obligated to protect that information. These providers do not have authority to use your
information for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements. PSC may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order,
subpoena, or government request, or if PSC believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to
protect PSC’s legal rights, comply with legal obligations, or protect the safety of any person.
• Business transfer. In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar
business transaction, information may be transferred as part of the transaction. PSC would
require the receiving party to honor the privacy commitments in this Policy.
PSC does not engage in any data-sharing arrangement, partnership, or commercial relationship that
involves the disclosure of visitor contact information for the recipient’s own use.
6. How We Protect Your Information
PSC uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the
information collected through the Site. These include limiting access to information to those who need it
to perform their duties, using secure email systems, and maintaining the Site through professional web
services.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
While PSC takes reasonable steps to protect your information, PSC cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use to access PSC services confidential and for the
security of the device and connection you use to interact with the Site.
7. Data Retention
PSC retains contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to
your inquiry, to maintain records consistent with professional business practice, and to comply with
legal and tax obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to a consulting engagement are typically retained for
a period of three to seven years and then deleted in accordance with PSC’s internal records retention
practices.
Information collected by website analytics services is retained in accordance with the retention settings
of those services, typically between fourteen months and three years.
You may request deletion of your information at any time as described in Section 9 below.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for use by professional and business audiences and is not directed at children under
the age of 13. PSC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you
believe PSC has inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact PSC at the
address in Section 12 and PSC will take prompt steps to delete the information.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your information:
• Access. You may request a copy of the information PSC holds about you.
• Correction. You may request that PSC correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion. You may request that PSC delete information it holds about you, subject to any legal or business retention obligations.
• Opt-out. You may opt out of receiving communications from PSC at any time by replying to any communication with a request to be removed, or by contacting PSC directly.
• Cookie controls. You may control cookies through your browser settings as described in Section 4.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact PSC at the address in Section 12. PSC will respond to
verifiable requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other jurisdictions with applicable
privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws. PSC will honor those rights to the extent they
apply.
Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with applicable
data protection laws may have rights including the right to lodge a complaint with their local data
protection authority. PSC’s processing of any such resident’s information would be based on PSC’s
legitimate interest in operating its consulting practice and responding to inquiries.
10. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your
information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you
consent to this transfer.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
PSC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in PSC’s practices, in technology,
or in legal or regulatory requirements. When PSC updates this Policy, the “Last Updated” date at the top
of this Policy will be revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period after the change. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
